DowDupont names its three new separate businesses
Corteva Agriscience, Dow and DuPont will be what DowDuPont calls the three independent companies it will spin-off by June 2019
DowDuPont, the US company formed when chemical industry giants Dow Chemical and DuPont merged at the end of August 2017, has named the three independent businesses that it expects to spin by mid-2019, and has provided some more information about each of these companies. The announcement came on 26 February, roughly eight months after the US Justice Department approved the $130 billion merger.
